Abstract
En un sistema de comunicación inalámbrica, puede utilizarse una mitigación de interferencia de corto plazo para mitigar (por ejemplo, para evitar o reducir) la interferencia en un enlace determinado para mejorar el rendimiento de la transmisión de datos. La mitigación de interferencia reduce la potencia de transmisión de transmisiones interferentes de manera que una relación de señal a ruido e interferencia (SINR) más alta puede lograrse para una transmisión de datos deseada. Un nodo puede observar alta interferencia de un nodo interferente que degrada el rendimiento de la transmisión de datos enviada en ese enlace. Al tomar ventaja de una trayectoria de comunicación con el nodo interferente (por ejemplo, datos inalámbricos/canal de control, conexión de red de trayecto inverso, o señal de difusión análoga), el nodo de transmisión puede completar de manera exitosa la comunicación de suma importancia mientras permite que el nodo interferente también se comunique de manera simultánea sin reducir los recursos generales ni recargar ninguno de los nodos de manejo.
