Abstract
La presente invención proporciona un compuesto de derivado de piperidina que tiene excelente acción antagónica del receptor de histamina, el cual es útil como ingrediente activo de una composición farmacéutica, especialmente una antihistamina. El derivado de piperidina de la presente invención tiene una potente acción antagonista del receptor de histamina. Además, el compuesto de la presente invención muestra baja transferencia en el cerebro aun en una prueba de enlace del receptor cerebral donde a un ratón se le administra por la ruta oral el compuesto, de modo que el compuesto tiene propiedades preferidas para aliviar los efectos colaterales en el sistema nervioso central, tal como el adormecimiento. El derivado de piperidina de la presente invención es muy útil como una antihistamina novedosa que tiene efectos colaterales menores en el sistema nervioso central, tal como el adormecimiento.
