Abstract

En un aspecto, el centro de alimento está recubierto a nivel con o sin un recubrimiento susceptible al calor, pre-tostado, recubierto acabado con o sin un recubrimiento susceptible al calor, y cocido. En otro aspecto, el centro de alimento primero es recubierto con un recubrimiento susceptible al calor, después es cubierto con un recubrimiento susceptible al no calor y cocinado. En otro aspecto más, el centro de alimento está recubierto con un recubrimiento susceptible al calor y después es cocinado en un procedimiento de dos etapas, en donde la primera etapa es a una temperatura más caliente que en la segunda etapa.
