Abstract
La invención se refiere a un reactor para el tratamiento de aguas residuales para someterse a tratamiento anóxico/anaeróbico y aeróbico dentro de un solo volumen de reactor. La zona de reacción anóxica/anaeróbica se separa de la zona de reacción aeróbica por un separador que también trabaja como un separador hidrodinámico entre las dos zonas de reacción. El reactor hace posible que el agua afluente tenga una proporción menor de sólidos suspendidos y también produce menos fango que los reactores en comparación. El reactor además más eficiente en cuanto a energía que los reactores de la técnica anterior. Se pueden configurar varios reactores de acuerdo con la invención en paralelo para que el agua residual de entrada pueda tratarse en una forma modular, y de esta forma permite facilitar el mantenimiento de las unidades.
