Abstract

Método de comunicaciones inalámbrico para transmitir un reporte de estado para una secuencia de datos transmitida a lo largo de un enlace de comunicaciones inalámbrico entre un dispositivo inalámbrico y una red que tiene una pluralidad de estaciones base, el enlace de comunicaciones inalámbrico tienen un lado transmisor y un lado receptor; el método comprende: del lado receptor, determinar la información de estado sobre las unidades de datos de la secuencia, que indica si cada unidad de datos ha sido recibida o no del lado receptor; y transmitir, desde el lado receptor al lado transmisor del enlace de comunicaciones inalámbrico, un reporte de estado que contiene un indicador que designa una primera unidad de datos no recibida en la secuencia y un mapa de bits que proporciona la información de estado para un grupo de unidades de datos después de dicha primera unidad de datos no recibida en la secuencia.
