Abstract

Se describe una composición oftálmica acuosa. La composición puede comprender una ciclosporina en una cantidad de aproximadamente 0.001 hasta aproximadamente 1% de glicerina, y agua purificada, en donde la composición está sustancialmente libre de cloruro de sodio y bisulfito de sodio ometabisulfito de sodio. La composición es útil para el tratamiento de afecciones oculares.
