Description
FORMING FOR PRISMATIC COLUMNS
DESCRIPTION
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a formwork, of those used in the construction for the execution of prismatic pillars, preferably of quadrangular section, although it could be applicable to the execution of pillars with any polygonal section, with or without their truncated vertices, formwork of mono-use character, removable at the time of stripping the column.
The object of the invention is to provide a foldable formwork, of extreme lightness, that is served completely finished, that is to say that it does not need specialized labor for its assembly, as well as additional materials such as adhesive strips or the like, nor of phases of intermediate assembly, so that its final assembly on site is extremely simple, with an equiangular distribution between the vertical faces of the prism corresponding to the column or pillar to be made, as well as facilitating the stabilization of the device in its place d positioning and positioning perfectly the vertices of each column according to the orientation to be obtained.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Numerous types of formwork are known for prismatic columns based on a tubular, cylindrical envelope of sufficient rigidity, with a core also tubular, externally cylindrical in correspondence with said envelope and internally prismatic, in correspondence with the column to be obtained, with its surface internally provided with a coating based on a plastic sheet or the like, in any case suitable to prevent the humidity of the constituent materials of the column can damage in turn the structure of the encorado, while this fulfills its function.
The outer shell materializes generally in a complex based on cardboard, plastic and aluminum, while the inner tubular core is obtained from four cylindrical segments of high density expanded polystyrene, properly lined, either directly joined by their edges or with these significantly distanced to get chamfers in correspondence with the edges of the column.
From the described structure it is deduced that the shrinkage leaves the factory with a cylindrical configuration of diameter slightly greater than the diagonal of the column to be obtained, that is to say that the volumetry of the shrinkage is exactly the same when it is in storage and transport situation. when it is in use situation.
Trying to obviate this problem of storage and transport, formworks of the aforementioned type are known in which both the outer shell and the tubular core are affected by a cut in the direction of their generatrices, which allows storing and transporting both independent elements between themselves and that on the other hand allows to introduce some envelopes within others, to minimize their occupation of space, and to interlock to some extent also their inner nuclei, with the same purpose. However, this solution presents a problem of capital importance and is that the structured lining can not be directly used by the manufacturer, an intermediate operative phase is necessary, to be carried out generally by a company collaborating with the manufacturer, which closes the tubular core on itself same, for example by means of an adhesive strip that is mounted simultaneously on the marginal zone of the edges of the plastic sheet inside to said core, while externally stabilizes with the collaboration of a second adhesive tape, generally helically wound.
This supposes a remarkable increase of costs, a loss of time that delays the delivery of the formworks and above all a loss in the internal surface continuity of the formwork that will later and negatively affect the aesthetic aspect of the column to be obtained.
In order to solve these problems, the applicant himself is the owner of the invention patent PCT / ES2004 / 000235 in which a formwork of the type mentioned above is described, but which presents as
particularity the fact that the tubular core is foldable in the storage and transport phase, with a remarkable volumetric reduction, counting the outer sheath with at least one cut in the direction of one of its generatrices, which allows its assembly and disassembly on the core tubular at the time of use of the encorado with the collaboration of webbing or closure elements that keep the tubular casing immobilized, in its working position or pouring of the concrete.
Said closing elements can be embodied in straps or in metal rings that are arranged embracing the capping externally. The fundamental problem presented by the aforementioned clogging is the assembly complexity of said closure elements when they are materialized in metal rings, since the inner diameter of said rings must be equal to the outer diameter of the outer sheath of the tubular core, in order There are no gaps in its assembly, which seriously complicates the maneuvers of insertion of said rings on the envelope of the tubular core, a maneuver that must be carried out by qualified personnel, with the consequent loss of time and associated costs that this entails.
Also, it should be noted that when said closure elements are embodied in straps equipped with tensioning elements or similar, the lack of rigidity of said elements prevents ensuring the correct positioning and assembly of the encorado, the internal walls or corresponding to the prismatic pillar to be made can be present the correct parallelism or equiangularity between their faces.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The capping for prismatic columns proposed by the invention solves in a fully satisfactory manner the problem previously discussed, in each of the aspects discussed.
For this and starting from the configuration described above, involving a collapsible inner tubular core, based on four or more cylindrical segments of light thermoformed products, depending on the polygonal prismatic configuration that you want to give the column or pillar to be made, cylindrical segments which are fixed on their curved face externally on an equally outer envelope of a sufficiently resistant and flexible material, for example raffia weaving, kraft paper, etc., of cylindrical configuration, which can adopt a flattened configuration, thanks to the joining edges of the cylindrical segments fixed thereto, segments incorporating at least one watertight coating on its internal face in order to conveniently seal the chamber or receptacle in which the column is to be formed, which may or may not have its chamfered edges, the invention focuses its characteristics on the fact that said encogado s and it is supplied together with an annular, laminar piece, of configuration according to the geometry of the column or pillar to be obtained, piece obtained from cardboard, wood, plastic or any material that contributes the due rigidity to said element, whose internal section will present dimensions according to those of the column to be obtained, and of adequate external dimensions to allow
stabilize the formwork in assembly situation, as will be seen later.
As a complement to the structure described, the internal faces of the formwork are extended in collapsible flanges, so that at the moment of the deployment of the formwork, said flanges are introduced into the annular part, so that said coupling, the formwork has to present the exact configuration of assembly for the pouring of the concrete or mass in question, ensuring a perfect coplanarity between facing faces of the constitutive prism of the column.
Thus, the encoradose supplied with two annular pieces, to which the flanges that emerge from both ends of the formwork are internally coupled, it having been foreseen that for a greater stabilization, said fins are folded outwards, on said annular piece, being fixed to it is by any conventional means, such as staples, nails, adhesives, etc.
Once the fins are fixed to the annular pieces, the formwork can be fixed or immobilized to the ground through said annular pieces, preventing it from moving during the obtaining of the column in question, by shoring, with boards or any conventional means .
According to another characteristic of the invention, said annular pieces will present marks on their surface
DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
To complement the description that is being made and in order to help a better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, according to a preferred example of practical realization thereof, an assembly of drawings is included as an integral part of said description. With an illustrative and non-limiting character, the following has been represented:
Figure 1 shows a perspective view of a formwork for prismatic columns made according to the object of the invention, in transport or storage arrangement.
Figure 2 shows a perspective view of the device in an initial assembly phase.
Figure 3 shows a view similar to that of the previous figure, corresponding to an intermediate assembly phase.
Figure 4 shows a view similar to that of the previous figure, corresponding to the final assembly phase.
Figure 5 shows a perspective detail of the mounting position of the device on its setting out place.
Figure 6 shows, respective plan views of a variant of the invention, in which the annular bodies are sub-divided into two elements fixable with each other in different positions, such as those shown in the figure, in order to allow to be applied on gouges of different sizes.
PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
In view of the figures outlined can be seen as the form that is recommended part of the basic structure of the aforementioned encoados, formed from a tubular core (1), which internally defines a prismatic housing (2), in the example of practical execution chosen prismatic - quadrangular, but which could adopt any other prismatic - polygonal configuration, core (1) externally cylindrical, based on cylindrical segments of expanded polyurethane or other similar light material, with a watertight coating (3) inside, in order to properly seal the chamber or housing (2), said core being housed and stabilized in a shell (4), of a sufficiently strong material, such as paper, plastic and aluminum, without this product is in no way limiting, and endowed with hinge zones corresponding to the edges (5) of the prismatic column to real hoisting for the folding of the shuttering in a storage or transport situation with a minimum volumetric occupation.
From the structuring described above, the coding of the invention centers its characteristics on the fact that the inner shell (3), determining each of the faces of the prismatic column to be obtained, extends beyond the upper bases and lower of the finned gusset (6) which, in the practical embodiment chosen, adopts an isoscelic trapezoidal configuration, but which could also adopt a rectangular configuration, without affecting the essence of the invention.
As a complement to the structure described, the formwork is complemented by a pair of annular bodies (7), in this case quadrangular, in any case always with the geometry according to the section of the column to be obtained, annular body (7) laminar, obtained on the basis of cardboard, plastic, wood or other material that presents an adequate rigidity, whose internal dimensions will be adapted to the dimensions of said column, and whose thickness will be sufficient to determine the means of stabilization of the formwork, so that the The length of said fins will be appropriate to said thickness of the annular body (7).
More specifically, and as can be seen in the sequence of figures 5, once deployed the encorado, this is pressed so that the fins (6) adopt a provision in which they are faced two to two, forming pianos orthogonal between the adjacent fins, "as shown in figure 2, for in that position, adjust on said fins, both in those corresponding to the extremity
once each body (7) is assembled, the equiangularity between the internal faces of the formwork, determining the column to be obtained, is guaranteed.
Next, and as shown in Figure 4, the fins are folded on the surface of each of the annular body sides (7), fixed to it by means of adhesive, stapling, nails or any other conventional means.
Once this process has been carried out on both ends of the formwork, this can be stabilized on its place of implantation by supporting it on said annular body (7), which acts as a supporting base, which can be fixed to the ground by propping up, with the contest of tables, or by any other conventional means.
In order to allow to identify easily and precisely the place where the determining vertices of the edges of the column or pillar are to be positioned, said annular bodies (7) will have marks (8) on their surface, as an extension of the internal edges of said ring, which extend to the outer edge thereof, facilitating said identification.
It should also be noted that, as is conventional in this type of gouges, it will be equipped or not with tearing means for eliminating it when the column is completely finished.
According to a second practical embodiment of the invention, shown in figure 6, in order to reduce manufacturing costs, it is provided that the annular body (7) can be divided into two "L" shaped elements, fixed to each other by any conventional means (9), both at their ends and along their branches, in different positions, such as those shown in said figure 6, in order that said assembly can be used to adapt to encorados of different sizes, so that, in any case, by fixing said elements in "L", an annular frame of adequate section will also be obtained to that of the capping in question, on which they can also be folded and fixed. fins (6) of said lining.
