Abstract

Aquí se describe el aprovisionamiento de manejo de comunicaciones inalámbricas en un ambiente de punto de acceso (AP) inalámbrico heterogéneo; a manera de ejemplo, los datos del sistema de un mensaje sobre-el-aire se pueden configurar para incluir información que identifique un tipo distinto de estación base de transmisión; en algunos aspectos, la información puede incluir un tipo de acceso de la estación base y/o un ID de sector para distinguir a la estación base de entre números grandes de otras estaciones base; de acuerdo con otros aspectos, la información puede incluir recursos de canal inalámbrico designados para un tipo particular de estación base, o anulados por la estación base de transmisión, para facilitar la reducción de interferencia en dichos recursos; al emplear aspectos del manejo de comunicación inalámbrica aquí descritos, la comunicación eficiente y confiable se puede afectar en redes AP heterogéneas grandes.
