Abstract

The present invention provides a case for containing, mixing, dispensing and pumping mixtures of materials used in construction, the same being useful as a dump box of a conventional truck. Said box includes chambers for storing construction materials. Said chambers also have spouts and gates for supplying a material mixer. Two deposits are arranged for storing liquids intended to manufacture the mixtures. The mixer is connected to a propelling pump, which propels the mixture manufactured by the mixer through a conduct able to locate the mixture in the desired place. The present invention uses the force of gravity for moving the materials contained in the chambers and the liquids contained in the deposits towards the mixer.

Description

BOX FOR CONTAINING, DOSING, MIXING AND PUMPING MATERIALS USED IN CONSTRUCTION FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention belongs to the technical field of mechanics because it provides a box to contain, mix, dose and pump mixtures of materials used in the construction, being the same used as a box of conventional dump trucks.
BACKGROUND At present there are various devices and / or machines used in the construction industry to prepare and / or dose mixtures of materials used for construction.
Usually three independent machines are used to fulfill the function of dosing, mixing, transportation and pumping of the mixture. The dosing of the materials is done by a Dosing Plant (either fixed or mobile); while the mixing and transportation is carried out by a "top" (mobile unit with a rotating tub [PA / A / 1998/010546]) that mixes and transports the materials to the construction site; once the mixture is transported, it is poured into a third device that fulfills the function of pumping the mixture of materials for construction to the ideal site within the work and / or construction.
The main disadvantage is that, in addition to having to use three independent machines, the "top" (mobile unit with a rotating tub that mixes and transports the materials to the construction site) does not allow the possibility of making changes within the constitution and / or ingredients of the mixture or increase the amount of the mixture.
Likewise, a considerable amount of additive must be added to the mixture to prevent the concrete and / or the mixture of materials from hardening during the journey time to the site of the work and / or construction.
The present invention is novel because it provides a box that allows to contain materials and perform the functions of dosing, elaboration of the mixture of materials for construction, as well as the pumping thereof, without the need for additional machinery.
Also, the present invention considerably reduces the need for additives to delay the hardening of the concrete and / or mixture for the construction, since it allows mixing at the site of the construction and later pumping for its placement.
Now - well, the closest antecedent to the invention consists of the so-called "Volumetric Mixer", which is a platform truck, with a dosing plant and a mixer of building materials.
Said Volumetric Mixer allows dosing and elaboration of the mixture of construction materials at the construction site, however, said device does not allow to modify the volumes of the materials to be dosed, that is, all the elaborated mixtures will be of the same characteristics.
The present invention is novel with respect to its closest antecedent, because it provides a box that allows to modify the volumes of the materials to be dosed, that is, it allows the elaboration of mixtures of different characteristics and materials; also the present invention allows pumping the mixture of materials for construction to the appropriate site within the work and / or construction .- Similarly, the arrangement of the elements of the present invention allows to store a greater amount of materials contained in the cameras to elaborate of different mixtures, because the cubic meters of the loading areas are taking advantage in an optimal way.
DESCRIPTION The present invention consists of a box for containing, dosing, mixing and pumping materials used in construction, the details of which are clearly shown in the following description and in the accompanying figures, which are mentioned by way of example and should not be considered. as limiting for the present invention.

With reference to said figures, the box for containing, dosing, mixing and pumping materials used in the construction is composed of a conventional box (1) of dump trucks. Said box (1) in turn consists of a bottom (1 a), with parallel walls (1 b) (1 c), a wall (1 d) perpendicular to the walls (1 b) (1 c) and a gate (1 e) ) parallel to the wall (1d).
Parallel to the bottom (1 a), there is a base (2), the function of this base (2) is to support the chambers (5) (6) where the construction materials such as gravel and sand will be placed. In turn, the base (2) has at least two landfills (7) (8) contiguous to the transverse division (4), arranged one in each chamber (5) (6). The function of each landfill (7) is to allow the passage of the building materials stored in the chamber (5), to a conventional pallet mixer (9). The function of the landfill (8) is to allow the passage of the construction materials stored in the chamber (6), to said conventional pallet mixer (9).
The flow of construction materials to the mixer is controlled by gates (10) (1 1), which are located on landfills (7) (8) obstructing the passage of materials. To allow the passage of materials through landfills (7) (8), the gates (10) (11) slide in the direction of the gate (1e), through existing grooves on the transverse division (4). ), in order to allow the passage of materials for construction to the mixer (9). The sliding of said gates (10) (11) is carried out by means of two hydraulic double action pistons (12) (13), the drive of said pistons being independent. The mixer (9) is located on a conventional scale (17), whose function is to assist the operator to perform the dosing of materials and liquids to be mixed, through the control of the weight of each material poured, either by means of landfills (7) (8) or hopper (15).
In the lower part of the base (2) there are two tanks for liquids (18) (19), such as for water and another for additives for the mixture of materials. Both tanks (18) (19) each have a supply valve (20) (21), for the loading of their liquids. It should be mentioned that the traditional function of the box of a dump truck to be lifted to dislodge the housed materials, is exploited by the present invention, since the gravity force is used to move the materials contained in the chambers (5) (6) to landfills (7) (8), this same force of gravity can also be used to feed the mixer (9) of the liquids contained in the tanks (18) (19).
Also, inside the chambers (5) (6), vibrating devices (30a) (30b) (30c) (30d) (30e) (30f) can be placed, so that the materials for the construction do not adhere to the walls of the chambers (5) (6).
