La presente invenci?n se relaciona con un cultivo que incluye un medio de crecimiento y una combinaci?n de citocinas que consisten de: i) interleucina-6 (IL6); ii) ligando flt3 (FLT3); iii) factor de citoblastos (SCF) y iv) trombopoyetina (TPO); el uso del cultivo para expandir citoblastos y/o c?lulas de origen ex vivo y c?lulas diferenciadas de las mismas y el uso de las c?lulas obtenibles a partir de la expansi?n.
