Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una clase de azetidinas antagonistas de EP2 de fórmula general (I) (ver fórmula (I)) en la que las variables y sustituyentes son como se definen en este documento, y especialmente a compuestos antagonistas de EP2, a su uso en medicina, particularmente en el tratamiento de endometriosis y/o miomas uterinos (leiomiomas) y a productos intermedios útiles en su síntesis y a composiciones que los contienen.
