Abstract

Se proveen procedimientos para mezclar un llenador con una mezcla de hule que contiene por lo menos un elastómero de isopreno y un elastómero de butadieno; preferiblemente, el procedimiento incluye los pasos de: combinar elastómeros o una mezcla de elastómeros, un llenador(es) de negro de humo y/o sílice y un antidegradante de quinonadiimina en una composición de hule; mezclar la composición de hule durante un periodo efectivo de reducción de viscosidad para reducir la viscosidad de la composición; y descargar la composición mezclada; las composiciones son preferiblemente descargadas del recipiente de mezclado a o cerca de la viscosidad que ocurre a una temperatura de aproximadamente 120-160ºC.
