Abstract
Se proporcionan dímeros a base de cardanol. Los dímeros de cardanol se forman a través de hidrosililación con silanos. Loos dímeros a base de cardanol además pueden hacerse reaccionar para formar agentes de curación epóxicos y epoxis que se pueden utilizar como revestimientos anti-incrustación sobre cascos de barcos y estructuras marinas. Los dímeros de cardanol también se pueden utilizar para producir partículas de fricción o resinas fenólicas.
