Abstract

Un método de moldeo por inyección de un dispositivo de apertura (3) sobre material de empaque de lámina (2) para empacar productos alimenticios vaciables; el material de empaque (2) tiene por lo menos una primera (4) y una segunda (5, 6) capas, y una abertura (9) formada a través de la primera capa (4) y sellada por una porción de cubierta (10) de la segunda capa (5,6); el método incluye los pasos de inyectar material de plástico fundido en un primer lado (10a) de la porción de cubierta (10) de la segunda capa (5,6), alimentar el material de plástico fundido a lo largo de la porción de cubierta (10) para cubrirla en el primer lado (10a), y alimentar el material de plástico fundido a través de una porción periférica anular de la porción de cubierta (10) para formar una boquilla (12) del dispositivo de apertura (3) que se proyecta desde un segundo lado (10b), opuesto al primer lado (10a), de la porción de cubierta (10); el material de plástico fundido cubre la porción de cubierta (10) para definir, con la porción de cubierta (10), una porción de sellado removible por el usuario (15) de la boquilla (12).
