Abstract

Se describe un perno flexible para un sistema de engranajes helicoidal. Se crea una re-alineación contrarrestante igual y opuesta a la desalineación provocada por el momento de sobregiro y otras fuerzas de engranaje sin agregar compuestos o superficies de desgaste. Sobre los elementos del perno, una o más secciones transversales diferentes o variables con los ejes principales de sus secciones no orientados verticalmente utilizan las fuerzas tangenciales y radiales para provocar desviaciones en dos planos para compensar perfectamente la desalineación provocada por las fuerzas de engranaje helicoidales, manteniendo así el empalme alineado de los mismos y cuando se usan engranajes rectos y pernos flexibles tradicionales.
