Abstract

Un método para tratar una formación subterránea penetrada por una perforación de pozo utiliza un fluido de tratamiento formado de una solución acuosa de un polímero soluble en agua. El fluido de tratamiento contiene además un agente de reticulación y un aditivo alcalino de liberación retardada, opcional. El aditivo alcalino de liberación retardada puede ser al menos uno de urea, un derivado de urea, un carbonato de metal alcalinotérreo sólido, un óxido de metal alcalinotérreo sólido y combinaciones de estos. El fluido de tratamiento incluye además un agente de ajuste de pH ácido utilizado en una cantidad para proporcionar el fluido de tratamiento con un pH menor de aproximadamente 5. El fluido de tratamiento se introduce entonces en la formación.
