Abstract

La detección puede ser de la expresión en las células del hígado per se o en un fluido corporal de un sujeto. También se divulgan métodos para identificar la presencia o ausencia de enfermedad o patología del hígado en relación a la FAS elevada. Los métodos divulgados se pueden practicar con varias composiciones que comprenden reactivos para detectar la expresión de FAS como es descrito en la presente.
