Abstract
La invención se refiere a un procedimiento y a un dispositivo para tratar un material en forma de fragmentos o partículas que se mueve y/o rota, mezcla, calienta y si es apropiado se tritura por cuando menos una herramienta de mezclado (23,31) en un contenedor o compactador cortador (1), en el cual durante el proceso se eliminan las sustancias indeseadas que dañan el tratamiento y/o las operaciones posteriores en el material, al introducir un gas, en particular aire o un gas inerte, en una región por debajo del nivel del material localizado en el contenedor (1) durante su operación o por debajo del nivel del material en el remolino de mezclado que se forma dentro del contenedor (1), para lo cual el gas se hace fluir a través de cuando menos una subregión del material y en donde el gas entonces saturado con, o con una concentración mayor de sustancias indeseables, se descarga del contenedor (1) en una región por encima del nivel del material localizado en el contenedor (1) durante su operación o por encima del nivel del material del remolino de mezclado.
