Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una composición que comprende un ingrediente sensible; en donde el ingrediente sensible tiene un índice de estabilidad química de por lo menos aproximadamente 1.05, un Índice de biodisponibilidad de por lo menos aproximadamente 1.05, y un índice de Horgan menor que aproximadamente 0.80. La composición puede obtenerse mediante un proceso que comprende preparar una mezcla de solución de alginato de metal alcalino e ingredientes sensibles, y recubrirla con quitosana.
