Abstract
Un abrasivo unido a alta temperatura incluye gránulos abrasivos de alúmina y una matriz de unión vítrea en la que se distribuyen los gránulos abrasivos de alúmina, teniendo la matriz de unión vítrea una temperatura de curado no inferior a 1000°C. Los gránulos abrasivos de alúmina incluyen alfa-alúmina policristalina que tiene una microestructura cristalina fina caracterizada por un tamaño de dominio promedio de alfa-alúmina no superior a 500 nm, y los gránulos abrasivos de alúmina incluyen además un agente de fijación que es una fase dispersa en la alfa-alúmina policristalina.
