Abstract
Un dispositivo para la cirugía de ojo con láser óptico incluye una fuente (10), de radiación láser femtosecond pulsada y también componentes ópticos (12, 14, 16), para guiar la radiación láser y enfocar la misma en una ubicación de tratamiento sobre o en el ojo (28), los componentes ópticos incluyen una pluralidad de lentes (18, 20) colocados en sucesión en la trayectoria del haz de la radiación láser; de acuerdo con la invención, al menos uno (18) de las lentes se colocan para ser ajustable con relación a otros lentes en la dirección de la trayectoria del haz; en particular, el lente ajustable es un primer lente de divergencia de los elementos ópticos de expansión de haz (12); una colocación activadora (24) está asignada para las lentes ajustables para su ajuste para el control para que se provee una unidad de control (26) que se establece para ingresar a los datos de medición con respecto a la topografía de una superficie del ojo y para controlar la colocación activadora de una manera dependiente de la topografía de superficie medida; el dispositivo láser hace posible el abandono de las lentes de contacto que se van a colocar en el ojo.
