Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un producto co-extruido (12) comprendiendo un relleno (21) y una envoltura a base de cereal y/o almidón abierta o cerrada, exterior (20), en donde la cantidad de relleno se comprende entre 10 y 80% en peso, la densidad del producto en el caso de una envoltura abierta se comprende entre 40 y 400 g/l y la densidad del producto en el caso de una envoltura cerrada se comprende entre 40 y 190 g/l. La densidad del producto en el caso de la envoltura abierta se comprende preferentemente entre 40 y 190 g/l.
