Abstract

Procedimiento de polimerización por radicales libres en dispersión acuosa para la preparación de polímeros que utiliza: (A) al menos un monómero etilénicamente insaturado en donde uno de ellos se utiliza como monómero principal y se selecciona entre el estireno y sus derivados, ácido acrílico y sus derivados, ácido metacrílico y sus derivados, los diénicos, los ésteres vinílicos, éteres vinílicos, derivados vinílicos de piridina, ácido vinilsulfónico y sus derivados, ácido vinilfosfónico y sus derivados y los monómeros N-vinílicos; (B) al menos un agente generador de radicales seleccionados entre los compuestos diazo, los peróxidos y los dialquildifenilalcanos; (C) yodo molecular; y (D) al menos un oxidante cuya solubilidad en agua es de al menos 10 g/l en donde al menos uno puede ser uno de (B); que comprende las etapas de: (1) introducir en un reactor al menos una fracción de cada uno de los compuestos (A), (B), (C) y CD); y (2) hacer reaccionar el contenido del reactor, introduciendo el posible residuo de cada uno de los compuestos (A), (B), (C) y (D). Procedimiento de polimerización por radicales libres en dispersión acuosa para la preparación de copolímeros en bloques partiendo de los polímeros preparados por el procedimiento mencionado anteriormente.
