Abstract

La presente invención proporciona un método para derivar células madre hepáticas de las células madre derivadas de tejido no hepático; en una modalidad de la invención; las células madre hepáticas se derivan de células madre de adiposa; la invención también proporciona un método para mejorar la producción de citocina hepática (por ejemplo, HGF) a partir de ASC, que puede ser útil en la regeneración de tejido del hígado cuando se transplanta in vivo; se proporcionan condiciones de cultivo tisular, incluyendo condiciones del medio.
