Abstract
Durante la mecanización con desprendimiento de virutas de piezas de trabajo, además de las cargas estáticas, sobre las herramientas de corte actúan en especial cargas dinámicas. Esto produce desportillamientos en los cantos de corte de los elementos de corte e, incluso, la destrucción de los mismos con la posible consecuencia del daño de la pieza de trabajo y, con ello, su inutilidad. También actúan fuerzas de flexión y torsión sobre las herramientas de corte, las cuales cargan la máquina-herramienta y producen un cambio de posición de la herramienta de corte, con la consecuencia de una mecanización incorrecta de las piezas de trabajo. También las vibraciones y los fenómenos de traqueteo afectan la mecanización de las piezas de trabajo. Por ello, de conformidad con la invención se propone disponer transductores piezocerámicos (22, 30) en la zona de las herramientas de corte (3), en donde los componentes de fuerza de la fuerza de corte actúan sobre los mismos. Las señales generadas por las fuerzas actuando sobre los transductores se conducen al dispositivo de control de la máquina-herramienta y la mecanización de las piezas de trabajo se regula considerando dichas señales.
