Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un encabinado integral mejorado resistente a un ambiente altamente corrosivo y a un método desensamble y ensamble para el reemplazo de dicho encabinado integral de turbina ó turbo-cargador en plataformas marinas que consiste en evaluar la condición en la que se encuentra el recinto de turbina, si es necesario el reemplazo se procede a verificar que el quipo este fuera de operación, que el equipo eléctrico sea desenergizado, la línea de suministro de gas combustible sea bloqueada, proceder al desensamblase de instalaciones y accesorios, de ductos de enfriamiento del generador eléctrico, ductos de venteo atmosférico, de la chimenea, del bastidor, de la junta de expansión, de ductos de admisión de aire, de la casa de filtros, del plenum y del recinto del generador de gases, y del ensamble de los equipos anteriores en el sentido inverso, es decir al ensamblar el recinto del generador de gases, del plenum, de la casa de filtro, etc. Además, las respectivas pruebas de operación deberán de realizarse como por ejemplo la prueba de hermeticidad.
