Description
MACHINE FOR EXTENDING MATERIALS ON THE SOIL
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention is related to the conditioning of soils through the application of covering materials on them, proposing a machine of small dimensions and weight, which works in a self-propelled manner, with which it can operate effectively in places of reduced size.
State of the art The application of materials, such as sand, concrete, etc., in the covering of floors, is carried out by extending said materials manually, or using machines specially designed and prepared for said function.
The use of machines assumes in this function, as in any other, a saving of time and labor, which has an economic advantage of the cost of production.
For this there are large-scale automotive machines, with which you can only operate in spaces
of great extension, but are not suitable for small spaces, such as basement floors, decks and work platforms, etc.
Machines of small dimensions are also known, with which it is possible to operate in spaces of little extension, but conventional machines of this type are of manual handling, for which they require a work of costly operator and that in addition is slow, for its use .
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION In accordance with the invention, a machine is proposed which operates in a self-propelled manner and which is formed according to a structural embodiment of reduced dimensions and weight, being suitable for working in small spaces, in very advantageous operating conditions. .
This machine object of the invention consists of a chassis that is incorporated on three sets of rolling provided with respective driving motorizations, one of said sets of rolling in orientation can be acted to drive the machine, while the end of the chassis is incorporated a scratch head, which is sustained
by means of active supports for height regulation, with the functional set related to a government team that can be commanded from a control post arranged on the machine itself, or by remote control with a remote control.
The motorization of the rolling assemblies is hydraulic, with each set of a hydraulic motor incorporated on the assembly itself, while the structural chassis of the machine is constituted as a tank for the hydraulic system.
The rolling assemblies are incorporated by means of a tilting fastening, allowing adaptation to the irregularities of the displacement surface, without affecting the result of the work of the machine.
Said roller assemblies also have, individually, respective clutch grips, by means of which the coupling and decoupling of each one of the assemblies with respect to the motor drive is susceptible, allowing the machine to be adapted so that
work with traction in one two or three sets of rolling, as appropriate depending on the application.
The hydraulic system of the driving assemblies also has respective switches, by means of which the individual connection and disconnection of each assembly with respect to the hydraulic motor system is susceptible, allowing the hydraulic drive to be applied on the rolling assemblies according to the conditions that Desire strength and speed of the machine.
Each rolling assembly is also arranged according to a tilting assembly, being able to adopt a certain inclination to adapt to the conditions of the supporting surface on which the machine operates.
The rase head is arranged in relation to the structural chassis of the machine by means of a clamping that allows the displacement of said head towards the sides by means of a cunning cylinder, being able thus to adapt the position of the head for the access of the working action with the machine to every single place.
The raseador head is supported by vertical hydraulic cylinders, by means of which the positioning in height of said head according to the raster to be made is established, having an automatic regulation of said positioning by means of laser detectors arranged in the lower part of the head and receivers of the signals of said detectors arranged in the support cylinders, so that for the effectiveness of this control the union between the support cylinders and the head is established by means of vibration dampers, which prevent the vibrations of the machine from transmit to the laser detectors that go on the bottom of the head.
The clamping between the support cylinders of the head and the dampers is established by a simple connection with pins, allowing easy disassembly of the head for transport.
On the structural chassis of the machine is possible to incorporate a hopper to supply material, which is connected by means of a conveyor auger with respect to
a discharge on the head, to deposit through this the covering material on the application surface in which the machine operates,
Therefore, said machine object of the invention is certainly of very advantageous characteristics, acquiring its own life and preferred character for the function to which it is destined.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The object of the invention refers to a machine intended to spread coating materials of
floors, with an embodiment that allows to operate in advantageous conditions over places of limited space.
The proposed machine consists of a structural chassis (1) arranged on a support of three sets of rolling (2, 3, 4), two of the sets of tread (2, 3) of fixed orientation, while the third set of rolling (4) is susceptible to variable orientation to drive the machine.
This results in a set of machines that can maneuver in very little space, the running sets (2, 3, 4) being composed of respective pairs of wheels arranged in tandem, so that between the three sets determine a distribution of the load of the vehicle. weight of the machine that allows operating on relatively soft surfaces, such as soil, sand, fresh concrete, etc., while said rolling assemblies (2,3, 4) are individually arranged in a tilting assembly, allowing adaptation to the conditions of the support surface.
Said tilting assembly of the rolling assemblies (2, 3, 4) is established in each of the cases by means of a
respective articulation (5), which allows the corresponding set of wheels can be: vertical, as shown in Figure 3, or positioned inclined, according to Figures 4 and 5, having side stops (6) that limit the rotation on the joint (5) restricting the inclination to a maximum angle towards each side.
The three running sets (2, 3, 4) are related to a hydraulic motor system, having corresponding hydraulic motors: incorporated in them, by means of which the individual operation of each of said running sets is susceptible (2, 3 , 4) . In the proposed machine, the structural chassis (1) acts as a reservoir for the fluid of the hydraulic system, thereby simplifying the whole of the machine.
The ratio of each rolling assembly (2, 3, 4) to the corresponding distributed (7) of the hydraulic power system includes a switch (8) for opening and closing the corresponding hydraulic line, as shown in Figure 8, so that the drive can be set selectively with drive all-wheel drive in the three running groups (2, 3, 4), or it can be
interrupting the hydraulic supply and therefore the motor drive of any of the groups, which allows to operate with the machine at a faster speed but with greater force, since when cutting the hydraulic supply to a set of rolling the pressure is distributed over the drive of the other two sets of rolling.
In the assembly of each roller assembly (2, 3, 4) with respect to the corresponding drive transmission, a clutch lock (9) is incorporated, by means of which it is possible to selectively set each assembly coupled to the drive transmission, as represents figure 7, or decoupled from the transmission, as shown in figure 6, to adapt the machine with the traction that suits in each case.
At the front of the machine, a bridging head (10) is incorporated, which includes at least one auger (11) and a ruler (12), by means of which it allows a uniformly flush distribution of the covering materials over the application surfaces.
Said head (10) is supported on the structural chassis (1) by means of vertical cylinders (13), which allow to vary the height and inclination of said head (lo), to place it at the height and in the position corresponding to the raster that has to be done in each case.
To this end, laser detectors (not shown) are arranged in the lower part of the head (10), which measure the proximity with respect to the working surface, going into the cylinders (13) for supporting and adjusting the height of the head (10). ) receivers (24) that actuate the operation of said cylinders (13) depending on the serial of the laser | detectors, to position the head (10) in the corresponding position for the clearance of the covering materials on the application surface.
The connection of the cylinders (13) with respect to the head (10) is established by vibration dampers (14), as shown in Figure 9, so that said dampers (14) prevent the vibrations of the machine from being transmitted to the laser detectors, thus ensuring that the measurement provided by these detectors is accurate, for
that the raseo that makes the machine is perfect according to the planned leveling.
The incorporation of the head (10) on the structural chassis (1) is established by means of a support (15), in which the vertical cylinders (13) are fastened, said support (15) comprising a mobile assembly capable of moving towards the sides by means of an actuator cylinder (16), so that the Head (10) can be displaced laterally in the assembly on the front of the machine, facilitating the operative reach with the machine to all the places of the work surfaces.
The entire functional unit of the machine is controlled by a government team that can be commanded from a control station (17) located on the machine itself, remote control being also susceptible by means of a radio frequency communication command or through cables .
In these conditions the machine can be placed by means of a crane in any place where its intervention is required, such as, for example, the platforms of
work and covers in the constructions, to carry out the scratching of the covering materials, moving the machine on the deposited materials.
The union of the vertical cylinders (13) with the dampers (14) is established, as shown in Figure 9, by fastening with transverse pins (18) that are easy to incorporate and remove, which allows disassembling in a simple and fast way the head (10) for transport, being able to be removed by means of a crane of any type, such as for example a hoist (19) coupled in the machine itself, as shown in figure 10.
The structural assembly of the machine is susceptible to the incorporation of a device for supplying the covering material to be spread on the application surfaces, said equipment comprising a hopper (20) that is arranged on the structural chassis (1), which incorporates inside an auger (21) to discharge the material from inside said hopper (20) to a conveyor auger (22) that carries the material to a discharger (23) on the head (10), as shown in figure 11 .
