Abstract

La bolsa para almacenamiento incluye un volumen interior para contener articulos alimenticios y un elemento de valvula de un solo paso a traves del cual puede evacuarse aire del volumen interior; para evitar que fluidos y jugos de los articulos alimenticios almacenados contaminen el elemento de valvula, se incluye un separador que define una camara el cual conecta de manera sellada el elemento de valvula al volumen interior; en el separador, los fluidos y jugos se separan del aire de evacuacion mediante separacion gravitacional y se regresan al volumen interior; en una modalidad, para facilitar el empaque y distribucion de multiples bolsas para almacenamiento, el separador se ajusta entre una posicion expandida para proporcionar la camara y una posicion colapsada que elimina sustancialmente la camara.
