Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere a compuestos que interactuan con canales de iones. En particular, la invencion se refiere a compuestos que tienen la Formula (I), (II), (III) o (IV) estructural, estereoisomeros, tautomeros, racemicos, profarmacos, metabolitos de los mismos, o una sal y/o solvato farmaceuticamente aceptables de los mismos, las Formula (I), (II), (III) o (IV), en donde X1, X2, Y, Z, W, R1, R8, R9, R10, L, A, z, y n tienen el significado como se definio en la reivindicacion 1. La invencion tambien se refiere a metodos para preparar los compuestos, a composiciones farmaceuticas que comprenden los compuestos, y al uso de los compuestos y metodos para tratamiento del cuerpo humano y animal.
