Abstract

El mezclador dinamico comprende un rotor (2) acoplado a un arbol impulsor (3), el cual esta montado de forma giratoria en una camara de mezcla (15) provista dentro de una carcasa del rotor (1), en la cual pueden ser introducidos al menos un primer y un segundo componentes (K1, K2,...). De acuerdo con la invencion el arbol impulsor (3) comprende al menos un canal del arbol (31), a traves del cual puede ser introducido el segundo componente (K2) en la camara de mezcla (15). Mediante la alimentacion del segundo componente (K2) a traves del canal (31) provisto en el arbol impulsor (3) se reduce considerablemente la complejidad del dispositivo mezclador. Para la alimentacion del segundo componente (K2) no hay que prevenir ninguna conexion especial en la carcasa del rotor, por lo que la misma puede ser confeccionada de forma extraordinariamente sencilla y fabricada de manera rentable. Ademas se simplifica el montaje y el desmontaje de las piezas, en particular del rotor y de la carcasa del rotor, que una vez utilizando el mezclador tienen que se eliminadas o limpiadas. Por consiguiente, el mezclador dinamico de acuerdo con la invencion puede ser eliminado o limpiado despues de ser utilizado y puede ser reutilizado varias veces.
