Abstract
Se expone un aparato y metodos para la preparacion de gels para el tratamiento viscoso, a partir de polimero seco y de agua. El aparato incluye un eductor que forma pastas en base a polimeros secos con agua, al menos dos tubos de admision, en donde uno de los tubos de admision se encuentra conectado con el eductor, y otro a una fuente de agua. El aparato tambien incluye una chimenea de mezclado conectada a los tubos de admision. La chimenea de mezclado incluye una seccion inferior de admision con puntos de admision conectados a los tubos de admision, en donde un chorro medido de agua de dilucion es aplicado a alta presion a la entrante corriente de pasta hecha de polimero y de agua. Esta mezcla es luego acelerada por medio de un movimiento circular y preferiblemente hacia arriba, en donde es cortada por tension contra la pared de la seccion central de la chimenea, sin la utilizacion de algun instrumento impulsor. La chimenea adicionalmente incluye una seccion de descarga que comprende de agujeros circunferencialmente localizados, a traves de los cuales la mezcla pasa desde la seccion central y hacia el interior de un tanque de hidratacion. La mezcla que es descargada de la chimenea es un gel compuesto de polimero y agua, el cual esta completamente mezclado y des-aireado, y esta parcialmente hidratado.
