Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere a la cepa Lactobacillus con una actividad reductora de la grasa corporal y proporciona la cepa PL62 de Lactobacillus plantarum KCCM-10655p. La cepa de la invencion se puede utilizar directamente como alimentos funcionales reductores de la grasa corporal, o se puede utilizar como aditivos para alimentos funcionales reductores de la grasa corporal o una cepa iniciadora de fermento de alimentos fermentados funcionales reductores de la grasa corporal. Los materiales que inhiben la grasa corporal, que la cepa de la presente invencion produce, se pueden aislar para ser utilizados. Ademas, en caso de que los alimentos fermentados se produzcan utilizando la cepa, la invencion proporciona condiciones capaces de lograr un efecto reductor maximo de la grasa corporal.
