Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para tratar y empacar un producto alimenticio; dicho método consiste en triturar o desmenuzar el producto, de manera que obtenga una consistencia fluída o semifluída; esterilizar el producto por el efecto del calor; incorporar unas sustancias coagulantes y empacar el producto en envases estériles, en condiciones asépticas; el método se caracteriza en que cuando menos una de las sustancias coagulantes consiste en el alginato de sodio.
