Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a mejoras en un procedimiento para preparar W-lactamas, del tipo que comprende las etapas siguientes: premezclar ácidos cicloalifáticos que tienen la fórmula general (fig.1) en la que n es igual a 3 - 13 y/o los anhídridos correspondientes, seleccionados entre ácido hexahidrobenzoico, ácido ciclododecanocarboxílico y el anhídrido de dichos ácidos cicloalcanocarboxílicos, de preferencia ácido hexahidrobenzoico, con un agente deshidratante seleccionado entre óleum, ácido clorosulfónico, anhídrido fosfórico o anhídrido de ácido hexahidrobenzoico, de preferencia óleum empleado en una concentración comprendida entre 36 y 50 por ciento; hacer reaccionar como primera etapa de reacción un agente nitrosante y la mezcla de ácidos cicloalifáticos con un agente deshidratante introduciéndolos en un reactor mantenido a una temperatura comprendida entre 30 y 100 grados C en donde la proporción molar de agente deshidratante/agente nitrosante está comprendida entre 0.7 y 1.1; continuar la reacción como segunda etapa de reacción, en el mismo reactor o en un postreactor en el que tiene lugar la finalización de la reacción de lactamización a una temperatura comprendida entre 30 y 100 grados C; recuperar el ácido cicloalifático que no ha reaccionado, mediante la hidrólisis del producto de reacción a una temperatura comprendida entre 20 y 30 grados C, y sucesivamente efectuar la separación de una fase acuosa que contiene W-lactamas y una fase orgánica que contiene ácido cicloalifático que no ha reaccionado; las mejoras estando caracterizadas porque en correspondencia con dicha segunda etapa de reacción, se añade agua en una cantidad muy limitada y que corresponde a una proporción molar U igual H2O/equivalentes de SO3 comprendido entre 0.1 y 0.90.
