Abstract
Invenţia se referă la medicină, în special la reabilitarea medicală, şi poate fi utilizată pentru tratamentul contracturii spastice.Conform invenţiei, metoda revendicată constă în aceea că zilnic se efectuează un masaj de relaxare a muşchilor contractaţi timp de 20…30 min, apoi se efectuează o relaxare musculară pasivă prin extinderea muşchilor în timpul unei expiraţii profunde cu menţinerea fazei de relaxare la finisarea expiraţiei, după efectuarea relaxării pasive, odată la 3 zile, în regiunea muşchilor contractaţi se administrează intramuscular în 4…6 locuri câte 0,5 ml de un amestec care conţine, în % mas.:totodată, per os, se administrează derivatul (RS)-4-amino-3-(4-clorofenil) al acidului butanoic, câte 0,005 mg de 3 ori pe zi, cu mărirea dozei peste fiecare 3 zile cu 0,005 mg, timp de 7 zile, seria de tratament constituie 3 săptămâni.The invention relates to medicine, in particular to medical rehabilitation, and may be used for the treatment of spastic contracture.
