Abstract

The invention relates to agriculture and can be used for presowing treatment of tomato seeds to stimulate their germination and plant root growth in conditions of fungal infections.The process for presowing treatment of tomato seeds consists in that the seeds are soaked in an aqueous solution of water-soluble enotannins with a concentration of 5·10-5…5·10-3%, for 4 hours, after which the seeds are dried at a temperature of 22°C for 24 hours, at the same time are used water-soluble enotannins obtained upon treatment of enotannins with hydrogen peroxide in a mass ratio of 1:(3…6), for 7…15 min, at the temperature of 70…100°C.
