Abstract
Invenţia se referă la domeniile terapiei tumorilor şi imunologiei moleculare, şi anume la un anticorp monoclonal anti-CTLA4 sau la un fragment de legare a acestuia la antigen, la o compoziţie farmaceutică şi la utilizarea acestora. Anticorpul monoclonal, conform invenţiei, poate bloca legarea CTLA4 cu B7, îndepărta imunosupresia organismului de către CTLA4 şi activa limfocitele T.Secvenţe: 34
