Abstract
The invention relates to electroerosion machining, in particular to processes for regulating the interelectrode gap.The electronic interelectrode gap regulator for electroerosion machining contains an alternating-current source (1), to one terminal of which is connected the input of a direct-current motor (2), whose output terminal is connected to the inputs of electronic switches (3) and (4), and their outputs are connected to the second terminal of the alternating-current source (1). The control inputs of electronic switches (3, 4) are connected to the output of a control unit (6) with a pulse-width modulation controller, whose input is connected to the output of a comparison device (5), while the input of the latter is connected to the average terminal of a variable resistor (7) connected in parallel to the tool electrode (8) and the part electrode (9).
