Inventia se refera la biotehnologie si poate fi utilizata în industria vinicola.Tulpina de levuri Saccharomyces cerevisiae, depozitata în Colectia Nationala de Microorganisme Nepatogene cu numarul CNMN-Y-24, poate fi utilizata la producerea vinurilor spumante albe.Rezultatul consta în selectionarea unei tulpini de levuri autohtone cu capacitatea de a fermenta glucide la concentratii moderate de alcool pentru producerea vinurilor spumante albe de calitate înalta.The invention relates to biotechnology and can be used in the wine industry. The yeast strain Saccharomyces cerevisiae, stored in the National Collection of Non-pathogenic Microorganisms with the CNMN-Y-24 number, can be used in the production of white sparkling wines. The result consists in selecting a strain of local yeasts with the ability to ferment carbohydrates at moderate alcohol concentrations for the production of high quality white sparkling wines.
