Abstract
The invention relates to the oil industry, namely to a process for producing rapeseed oil.The process, according to the invention, provides for the seed cleaning from impurities, drying to the humidity of 7…8% optionally, crushing and dispersion thereof, thermal treatment at the temperature of 60…65°C up to the humidity of 5..6%, pressing of the mass under the pressure of 6.3…7.1 MPa with the layer thickness of 2.5…3.0 mm, after which the pressed mass is crushed, subjected to thermal treatment at the same temperature and pressed under the pressure of 7.6…10.1 MPa with the layer thickness of 1.5…2.0 mm.The result is to reduce the residual quantities of phosphor, sulphur and moisture in the produced rapeseed oil and to reduce the energy consumption.
