Abstract

Inventia se refera la domeniul tehnologiilor informationale, si anume la un procedeu de identificare a obiectului electroconductor, precum si la un dispozitiv pentru realizarea acestuia. Procedeul, conform inventiei, include aplicarea pe obiect a unui marcaj, format dintr-o imagine individuala, o grila de coordonate si un numar de identificare, scanarea si inregistrarea in memoria calculatorului a marcajului obtinut, compararea marcajului de pe obiectul identificat cu cel inregistrat. Imaginea individuala se obtine prin dizolvarea anodica a obiectului la aplicarea curentului electric la obiect si la un electrod transparent pentru laser, instalat deasupra obiectului cu interstitiu, in care se debiteaza electrolit, cu iradierea concomitenta si aleatorie cu laser a suprafetei obiectului si/sau a spatiului dintre obiect si electrod. Totodata, grila de coordonate si numarul de identificare se aplica dupa obtinerea imaginii individuale. Dispozitivul pentru realizarea procedeului include un electrod (2) avand forma unui suport de sticla, pe care este aplicat un strat metalic semitransparent (4), instalat deasupra obiectului (3) cu un interstitiu (1) pentru electrolit, electrodul (2) si obiectul (3) fiind conectate la o sursa de curent de joasa tensiune (5). Dispozitivul de asemenea include un laser (6) si un bloc de scanare (8), dirijate de un generator de numere aleatorii (9) si conectate la o sursa de curent independenta (7), totodata dispozitivul este dotat cu un bloc (11) pentru inregistrarea informatiei scanate in memoria calculatorului.The invention relates to the field of information technologies, namely to a process for identifying the electroconductive object, as well as to a device for its realization. The process, according to the invention, includes applying a mark on the object, consisting of an individual image, a coordinate grid and an identification number, scanning and recording in the computer memory of the obtained mark, comparing the mark on the identified object with the registered one. The individual image is obtained by anodic dissolution of the object when applying electric current to the object and to a transparent laser electrode, installed above the interstitial object, in which electrolyte is cut, with the concomitant and random laser irradiation of the object surface and / or space. between the object and the electrode. At the same time, the coordinate grid and the identification number are applied after obtaining the individual image. The device for carrying out the process includes an electrode (2) in the form of a glass support, on which is applied a semi-transparent metal layer (4), installed above the object (3) with an interstitial (1) for the electrolyte, the electrode (2) and the object (3) being connected to a low voltage current source (5). The device also includes a laser (6) and a scan block (8), driven by a random number generator (9) and connected to an independent power source (7), while the device is equipped with a block (11) for recording the scanned information in the computer memory.
