Abstract
The invention relates to the printing equipment, particularly to the inkjet printers.The inkjet printer comprises a printer head with a piezoelectric drip generator with ink feeders, a drip control module, including a charging electrode, a phase pickup, a high-voltage deflecting unit and a noncharged drip trap, a hydraulic system, including a viscosimeter, ink pressure, level and filter transducers, a valve system, electromagnetic injection and suction pumps, capacities with ink and with solvent, an electronic printer control unit, and a user interface. The printer additionally comprises a ripple rejection module with hydraulic throttle and a mixer for mixing the ink, into the cover of which it is mounted a viscosimeter, drip trap, print head and hydraulics tray transducers. The electronic printer control unit additionally comprises keyboard, hydraulics and print controllers, connected to the user interface, hydraulics transducers - pressure transducer, electromagnetic pump transducers, valve switching transducers, catcher transducer, tray transducer, mixer level sensors, capacity level sensors, temperature and viscosity sensing devices, and print transducers. The electromagnetic suction pump is installed with the possibility of alternate connection to the catcher pathway and to the pathway of ink filling-up into the mixer.
