The method of mitral annuloplasty with separate sutures consists in that on the fibrous ring of the mitral valve there are applied three coaptation sutures, the first suture - in the region of posterior cusp projection, the second and the third sutures - on the anterolateral and posteromedial commissures, at the same time the sutures are applied on a distance of 0,5...1,0 cm between the first and second and the first and third sutures.
