Abstract

Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a dioxidului de titan nanodispers, care poate fi utilizat în calitate de pigment în materialele de lacuri şi vopsele, precum şi în calitate de catalizator în diverse domenii ale industriei.Procedeul include tratarea soluţiei apoase de 20…50% de tetraclorură de titan cu amoniac, extruziunea soluţiei complexului obţinut printr-un sistem de microorificii cu întreruperea jetului într-un agent frigorific lichid cu formarea particulelor sferice de complex criohidrat cu conţinut de titan, pseudofluidizarea ulterioară a particulelor suprarăcite şi descompunerea hidrolitică, cu formarea particulelor de dioxid de titan, într-un flux de aer încălzit până la temperatura de 200…500°C.Totodată, în calitate de agent frigorific lichid se utilizează azotul lichefiat.
