Abstract
Description
Invenţia se referă la industria tutunului, în particular la o ţigaretă fără filtru. The invention relates to the tobacco industry, in particular to a filterless cigarette.
Este cunoscut un articol de fumat, care conţine o tijă de tutun şi un muştiuc, plasate într-o cămaşă, totodată tija de tutun este plasată într-o cămaşă din hârtie de ţigară, muştiucul fiind realizat din carton sau hârtie cu plastifiant [1]. Cea mai apropiată de esenţa prezentei invenţii este ţigareta fără filtru, care conţine o tijă de tutun unită cu un muştiuc printr-o hârtie de ţigară, totodată muştiucul este unit cu tija de tutun printr-o bandă de hârtie de bordură, care cuprinde toată lungimea muştiucului, iar muştiucul este realizat din material polimer alimentar [2]. Ţigareta fără filtru, conform prezentei invenţii, înlătură dezavantajele menţionate mai sus prin aceea că în conformitate cu prima variantă conţine o tijă de tutun, amplasată într-o hârtie de ţigară, un muştiuc de plastic unit cu tija de tutun printr-o hârtie de bordură şi un muştiuc de hârtie. În muştiucul de hârtie pe toată lungimea este amplasat muştiucul de plastic executat din două tuburi coaxiale unite prin câteva nervuri de rigidizare radiale situate echidistant, totodată raportul dintre diametrul orificiului tubului intern către diametrul exterior al tubului extern constituie 0,4. În muştiucul de hârtie pe lungime sunt amplasate elementele muştiucului de plastic, fiecare dintre ele fiind executat din două tuburi coaxiale unite prin câteva nervuri de rigidizare radiale situate echidistant, cu raportul diametrului orificiului tubului intern către diametrul exterior al tubului extern de 0,4. Elementele muştiucului de plastic sunt amplasate pe capetele opuse ale muştiucului de hârtie, totodată lungimea fiecărui element constituie 1/3 din lungimea muştiucului de hârtie. În muştiucul de hârtie 3 pe lungime sunt amplasate elementele muştiucului de plastic 4. Fiecare element este executat din două tuburi coaxiale, unite prin câteva nervuri de rigidizare radiale 8 situate echidistant, formând canalele 9 în jurul tubului intern 7. Raportul diametrului orificiului tubului intern 7 către diametrul exterior al tubului extern 6 este de 0,4. Elementele muştiucului de plastic sunt amplasate pe capetele opuse ale muştiucului de hârtie, totodată lungimea fiecărui element constituie 1/3 din lungimea muştiucului de hârtie. Avantajul ţigaretei fără filtru, conform prezentei invenţii, în comparaţie cu altele cunoscute, constă în aceea că amplifică calităţile de consum - comoditatea fumatului, şi ameliorează aspectul estetic al ţigaretei.
