Abstract
The invention refers to thermometry and may be used in the cryogenic technology, cryoelectronics and in other fields, where measurement of low temperatures is required.According to the invention, the sensing element of the low-temperature thermometer is made of a material including magnesium diboride and molybdenum disulphide in the ratio of 1:1.
