Abstract
The invention relates to the field of semiconductor engineering, in particular to the semiconductor gas sensors of resistive type.The semiconductor gas sensor includes a substrate, onto the surface of one side of which there is placed a gas-sensitive layer with ohmic metallic contacts, deposited thereon, and onto the surface of the opposite side - a heater. Novelty of the invention consists in that the gas-sensitive layer contains regions with different morphology, possessing preferential sensibility to different gases.
