Abstract

Invenţia se referă la medicină, şi anume la materiale pentru restabilirea oaselor şi poate fi aplicată pentru chirurgia osteoreparatorie în stomatologie, precum şi în traumatologie şi ortopedie.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că materialul pentru restabilirea oaselor include următoarele componente în raportul, % mas.: extract uscat din biomasa cianobacteriei Spirulina platensis 0,1…0,5, extract uscat din flori de gălbenele (Calendula officinalis) 0,5…2,5 şi material osteogen restul. Materialul osteogen este selectat din grupa ce include aloimplantul osului liofilizat demineralizat, aloimplantul osului liofilizat, osul autogen, alogen şi xenogen, hidroxiapatit, material de colagen-hidroxiapatit. În calitate de cianobacterie Spirulina platensis poate fi utilizată tulpina CNM-CB-02. În plus, materialul poate conţine substanţe fiziologic active ce stimulează osteogeneza selectate din grupa constituită din factorul de creştere trombocitar (PDGF), factorul de creştere transformator β1 (TGF- β1) şi proteine morfogenetice osoase, precum şi combinaţiile lor.
