Abstract

The invention refers to medicine, namely to the therapeutic stomatology.Summary of the invention consists in that preliminarily mechanically and subsequently with ultrasound there are treated the tooth cavity, the root canals and the region of apexes thereof, then the canals and the region of root apexes are washed with 0,5% solution of BioR preparation, prepared on base of extract from Spirulina platensis CNM-CB-02 cyanobacterium strain biomass in physiological solution. Afterwards from each root canal there are removed the remains of the BioR preparation, leaving wet the canal's walls, and it is filled by hot method.
