Abstract

The invention refers to medicine, in particular to surgery and may be used for prevention of complications after hemicolectomy in case of oncological affections of the large intestine or after use of the intestine portions in the capacity of graft for esophagus plasty.Summary of the invention consists in that it is carried out the median xiphoumbilical laparotomy, it is examined the large intestine and there are marked the limits of the intestine portion that is to be removed. Then there are legated and incised the mesocolon's vessels, afterwards it is carried out resection of the marked large intestine portion. After removal of the intestine portion it is instituted an anastomosis between the remained intestine portions, which are sutured in three planes. Then it is carried out the peritonization of the wing, from where the intestine portion was removed, by suturing a flap from the greater omentum to the margin of the wing's parietal peritoneum and to the serous membrane of the restored large intestine. Then it is carried out drainage of the abdominal cavity and layer-by-layer suture of the wound.
